  1. Why do you work with fixed prices?

    Because you should be able to understand upfront what you're buying. If we can define the scope with confidence, we agree on a specific outcome and a fixed price.

  2. What if my question doesn't fit neatly into one of the offers?

    Tell us about the problem. We'll explain which offer makes sense, or whether you probably need something else.

  3. Do we have to use 9to5 for implementation after a Reality Check?

    No. The outcome should help you make a good decision, even if you carry on by yourself afterwards.

  4. Do I need to buy a Rescue Audit before a Rescue Sprint?

    Not always. If the problem and rescue goal are clear enough during the intake, we can agree on a Rescue Sprint straight away.

  5. Do you also work on an hourly basis?

    These engagements come with a fixed scope, a clear outcome and a fixed price. We don't offer open-ended consultancy hours as standard.
